Since 2015, the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) has increasingly recognized the contribution of the Group on Earth Observations Land Degradation Neutrality (GEO-LDN) Initiative in supporting Parties to achieve Land Degradation Neutrality (LDN) and implement Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Indicator 15.3.1.
