Collect Earth Online (CEO) is a free, open-source system for viewing and interpreting high-resolution satellite imagery. It allows users to collect up-to-date information on their environment and monitor changes over time. CEO has been applied worldwide to detect deforestation, forest degradation, and other land-use changes. The data produced supports policies for landscape protection, climate change mitigation, and sustainable livelihoods. CEO was developed by SERVIR, a joint initiative of NASA and USAID, and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.
