CLUMondo-Based Land Use Modeling in Python

Simulating land-use and land-cover change (LULCC) is key for assessing sustainable land-management strategies.

CLUinPy is a Python-based adaptation of CLUMondo, allowing the integration of advanced machine learning (ML) methods for suitability modelling. It simulates land use and land cover changes (LULCC) using principles inspired by the original CLUMondo C++ model created by Peter Verburg (link to the Github repository and link to the publication by van Asselen & Verburg 2012).
